The property (1000 m2 plot) was completely refurbished and renovated inside and out from September 2021 to May 2022. The villa is located on the hill La Sabatera in a quiet residential area about 1.5 km from the beach and the town of Moraira.
The villa with 280 square metres offers a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, all located on the upper level, providing ample space for 6 people to relax.
Upper level: Three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two rooms with 90x200x2 beds, one room with 160x200 bed. The hallway has exits to the rear car park and to the front to a 40sqm sun terrace with lounge furniture. The covered and enclosed outside corridor leads to one of the bedrooms.

Main level: From the main entrance, which faces the terrace, you enter directly into the heart of the villa. From there, you can turn right into the open-plan kitchen and dining room. Directly next to the open staircase to the upper floor is the WC with access to the utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. To the left through the hallway is the spacious living room (approx. 60 square metres) with a chilled sofa, fireplace and work area.

A large solid wooden table and a BBQ grill are available for you under the veranda.
